Cargo weighing inspection according to GAFTA Weighing Rules No. 123, also accordingly to the Customer’s needs and requirements.

Draft survey
A Draft Survey is a calculation of the weight of cargo loaded or unloaded to or from a ship from measurements of changes in its displacement by reading the ship’s draft marks, taking into account factors such as trim, water density and non-cargo weight changes.
Draft Survey is always carried out conjointly with the vessels Master or Ch. Officer

Quality inspection
Cargo sampling
- Samples are drawn in accordance with the GAFTA SAMPLING RULES No. 124, FOSFA OFFICIAL METHOD, ISO, also accordingly to the Customer’s requirements and conditions, indicated in the purchase-sale agreement;
- Sampleanalyses are performed in independent quality testing laboratories accordingly to the Customer’s requirements and specification.
Pre-shipment inspection
Inspection of cargo packaging, marking and preparation for transportation according to cargos technical characteristics and standards;
Determination of cargo defects or damages.
If the cargo was damaged, our experts will determine the reason of damages and evaluate the loss.

Transport units inspection
- Visual condition and cleanliness inspection;

Cargo handling equipment inspection
- Visual condition and cleanliness inspection;
- Survey of handling equipment suitability for loading operations.
Vessel survey
- On/Off - Hair survey;
- Hose test (hatch cover tightness test to indentify leaked by water);
- Ultrasonic test;
- Bunker survey;
- Loadcompartment cleanliness inspection;
- Sealing / unsealing;
- Holds condition and hatch cover watertight inspection;
- Issue of necessary documents/certificates/reports.

Loading/discharge supervision
Frequently, the damages occur at the time of cargo loading/discharging operations into/from the transport. During improper loading / discharge operations cargo can be damagedor destroyed, it may also cause damage to the transport or other property in the loading/discharging areas.
Our experts will evaluate the cargo loading/discharge possibilities and carry out a supervision of cargo loading equipment and will help You to avoid potential losses.
